Demo Mode loads sample data provided only for demonstration and testing purposes.
Any business-related information displayed is accessible only within the organization's setup and not transmitted externally unless specifically configured by the organization (e.g., backend connections via AVEVA MES).
Permissions
The App uses only essential permissions required for proper operation (e.g., network access for connecting to MES systems if configured).
The App does not request unnecessary device permissions.
Third-Party Services
MES X does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or user tracking services.
Security
All connections to organizational MES systems use secure protocols as per industry standards.
No user data is stored or transmitted to Ficus, except for basic diagnostic logs required for app support or troubleshooting, which never include personal information.
Children's Privacy
MES X is intended for use by professionals in the manufacturing sector and is not designed for children or general consumer use.
User Rights & Choices
Users can access Demo Mode without providing login credentials.
Users may contact their organization's IT or system administrator regarding any concerns about business system configuration.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Ficus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our official website.
